Suave von Sayda is a beautiful 18 month old German Shepherd mix who is ready to follow you to the end of the world! This bright boy is a phenomenal hiking partner who we've been told even loves climbing rocks and showing off his balance on slanted tree trunks. Fully housebroken, Suave is very smart and is bilingual in English and Spanish, knows his "sit", “paw”, and "down" commands, takes treats gently, and has done well inside a home and in a yard. On walks, he is always ready to explore, and while he does well alongside other dogs as an enthusiastic greeter, he appreciates reminders to calm down. In playgroups, he loves a fun game of chase or a good romp with active and social female dogs, and can do okay with submissive males. Suave is ready to find an experienced, active owner who can provide great structure, keep up with his hiking adventures, and give him a loving, cat-free home.
